The draft law N° 1720 dated 27th July 2009 adds a new paragraph to article 182 of the road traffic code (9 b paragraph) related to bicycles, i.e. the cyclers cycling half an hour after the sunset up to half an hour before the sunrise or in tunnels must wear a high-visibility vest or retroreflective brace.

Safety rules are provided for by the law, but many cyclers have already autonomously decided to take care of their own safety. The quality of the high-visibility Reflex’s jacket is higher than the one of other high-visibility jackets produced in foreign Countries; our jacket is suitable for both occasional and habitual cyclers, who need highest visibility in tunnels, in the night or under other poor-visibility conditions, such as in case of rain or fog.
