Expeditions in Italy

For shipments Reflex s.a.s. collaborates with more courier services for shipments throughout Italy.
The transport costs are automatically counted and the total amount of the order will be visible before you proceed with your purchase confirmation; However, to ship in areas assessed by couriers as “difficult”, Reflex s.a.s reserves the right to contact the client to ask any integrity of postage, or deny acceptance.

Orders are processed on receipt. The times indicated on the side of each product, refer to the time taken to process the order before it is given to the courier. For orders whose time indicated is “immediate”, the order can be entrusted to the carrier within 48 hours of ordering. For orders of multiple products with different delivery times indicated, the goods will be shipped within the time stated in the product more waiting. For example buying more products with times of “immediate shipment” and “15 days”, the goods will be entrusted to the carrier within 15 days. Delivery will take place within the time specified in the process of choosing the courier, and are a starting point as independent from Reflex s.a.s.

The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase. Reflex s.a.s, send an e-mail of shipment specifying the use Courier and the tracking number (tracking code). It is obligation of the courier delivery of specified customer time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to work together to find himself available for the delivery of the order. If the customer proves untraceable, the courier will try a second delivery the next day. If the latter fails to be successful, the goods remain in storage for 7 working days at the depot, and it will be the recipient to collect them from the deposit. After a period of 7 days, the goods will be delivered to Reflex s.a.s and will be canceled the order. It will also be entitled to exclude the customer from Reflex s.a.s for scarce collaboration service.

Upon receipt of the package, please check:
– That the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually delivered;
– That the package is intact and undamaged; any disputes must be reported to the carrier indicating the consignment you sign for the withdrawal, the word “Withdrawn subject to control”, otherwise the package will be delivered well and intact.
